 Apparently that was not covered in the banket pardons: John Banuelos arrested at sister's house in Summit, IL and charged with firing gun during January 6 US Capitol insurrection - ABC7 Chicago I guess there is always an exception that proves the rule.

 Taylor Taranto lost out in his bid to have felony weapons charges dropped and trying to get access to former President Obama's home, while livestreaming of course. With an alliterative, awesome porn name  like Taylor Taranto, you would think he could come up with a better idea for livestreaming.

Jeremy Brown Release

The reasoning being the original searches were related to the Jan 6 investigation. I kind of get the logic here.

 Apparently, Edward Kelley was separately convicted in Tennessee and that isn't covered under the sweeping pardons granted:

Blog Number one of Following the J6ers: Matthew Huttle

Hi welcome, Clarence W.  here. This is our maiden voyage following the sordid lives of the J6ers pardoned for their role in the riot on January, 6th, 2017.  

Our first character is Matthew Huttle.  Must have been a pleasant fellow.  I'm not exactly sure what he did in attacking the Capitol (sp? jeez I need to take a writing course) but he died shortly after being pardoned.  Choked on a porkchop would have been my first guess, but alas he was killed by LEO's after a traffic stop gone awry: Matthew Huttle: January 6 defendant killed by police days after Trump pardon A real sweetheart.  We'll try to track the roughly 1500 (1507) or so J6ers pardoned by Trump and their subsequent post-release antics. 

Maybe he had "Post pardon depression".  I am very funny, btw.  I'll try to use non-sensational links and cover the facts.
