Matthew Martin, despite acquittal of J6 charges, does not get expungement
A Trump appointed judge showed backbone in upholding the letter of the law by denying an expungement for Matthew Martin:
Martin allegedly called the January 6th riots "a magical day". Apparently, Martin was fired from his job as a result of his J6 publicity. Maybe that was the magic: a disappearing act of his employment.

From the don't bite the hand that feeds you files: rather than slithering back into the organic vegan abyss, Jacob Chansley somehow made news by slamming Trump and calling him a fraud. I guess Jacob was worried not everyone in the US thought he was a complete idiot. It's surprising that anyone gives two shits what he thinks as well. I think he will end up charging $300 for interviews but that will include powerwashing the interviewer's house as well.

The cop who acted as a traitor to his force, Shane Lamond, tipped off Enrique Tarrio of his impending arrest and later lied to investigators about his leaking. He won a victory where he is considered a non violent offender and not a domestic terrorist. Basically, Tarrio was being arrested because he destroyed a Black Lives Matter banner in December.
Trump states he could pardon Ghislaine Maxwell, but..
Trump, who often says into the mic the last idea he has heard right before taking the mic, stated it is within his authority to pardon Ghislaine Maxwell, but he has received no requests to do so. This is generally outside the purview of my focus on the criminals pardoned in the J6 Riot at the Capitol, but is somehow relevant.
