Apparently that was not covered in the banket pardons: John Banuelos arrested at sister's house in Summit, IL and charged with firing gun during January 6 US Capitol insurrection - ABC7 Chicago I guess there is always an exception that proves the rule.
Pardoned J6er had a little time for a party or two before heading back for a bid. Weapons offenses were unrelated to the Jan 6 offenses, it was concluded.
