Boo Hoo - I used brass knucks but got pepper sprayed- Ronald McAbee- Lawsuit moves forward

An overweight looking former TN Sheriff's deputy who allegedly used used brass knuckles against  in Jan 6 riot, filed a suit for excessive force when he didnt wear a mask when not taking medication in the medical area.  I guess he didnt follow orders.  But his lawsuit can proceed.
